Ordering

Please feel free to contact us at 480-634-5359 with any questions you may have regarding these ordering instructions, or at anytime during the production process.

How to submit your photos:

• Photos can be submitted by e-mail, or on a CD, or printed photographs by regular mail.

The best way to send us your photos to prevent any damage is by e-mail. All photos sent by regular mail will be returned to you as soon as your production is completed; however we assume no responsibility for damage through the mail.

Once we have received your photos we will contact you to discuss you’re Audio Photography production, and we will stay in touch to insure a quality experience.

If you are scanning your photos before sending, please be sure to:

• Set your scanner resolution to at least 300dpi to protect against blurry pictures.

• Save your photos in a .jpeg format and you can also name/save them in the number you wish them to appear in your finished production, or just label them all as random (We will assume that if you use the word RANDOM you wish us to use our creative judgment as to where each photo appears in the finished DVD.)

• If you e-mail the photos to us send them as attachments. ( Do not select the option “ make a pictures smaller” – please keep all photos their original size when attaching to your email.)

 

If you desire us to do the scanning of your photos:

• If you desire to see your photos in a certain order on your final DVD, then mark them on the back of the photo very lightly with a pencil, with the sequence order you wish them to appear in.

• If you desire a written overlay to appear over a certain photo, please write your caption on the back of the photo or on a separate piece of paper containing the caption wording and the photo ID number that you desire the caption to appear on.  (Remember to keep it brief for aesthetic reasons -  Happy Birthday, Congratulations on your 25th  Anniversary etc.)

 

Video Clips:

• Most video files are too big to send via email. You can edit down the segments you want and place them on DVD or CD-R and send them to us through regular mail.
